Toured up into the Notch today to survey the aftermath. Mark Twain's quote comes to mind, "Reports of my death are greatly exaggerated." Many of the multi-pitch climbs are in pretty good shape--including Ragna Direct again looking thin but in again! See attached photos.

As a follow up post, we went in and did Blind Fate today. It was fine, plastic even, but the ice is still consolidating and with sun the pro was a bit problematic- one of my screws pulled out (!) while I was still leading the pitch, and I had to use 3-4 screws for the anchor, re-drilling in different locations periodically. Just take care for a couple more days is what I'm suggesting. We saw rockytop on some mixed hard route near Ragnarock, otherwise no one. Lots of beautiful blue ice up there.
