A couple days old news but posting anyways because maybe the party that triggered it is on here? Short story is some climbers triggered a small slab on Lower Hitchcock probably within an hour or so before I got there with my clients. I know this much because they broke trail in the fresh foot of powder that fell the day before, and there were no boot-prints through the debris (and no natural triggers within that time). I shot a small bit of video of the spot and posted it here. (scroll down to YouTube video) https://northeastalpinestart.com/2017/01/02/hitchcock-gully-mt-willard-123017/ If you were climbing Hitchcock on 12/30/16 and triggered this little slab and could share any info send me a PM.
