Ice at Willoughby is forming up again after the thaw! Things are starting to look decent but be aware that some spots may still be detached as a result of the warm spell and have water running beneath. Lots of water is flowing at The Lake so I expect some decent conditions following this coming Friday night's predicted below-zero temps.
Promenade is slightly better than it was two weekends ago when it saw an ascent but don't expect better than stubbies on the lower crux if you traverse out right. The Gent has ice all the way down to the ramp start but is super thin (2-4") in many spots right now. Not what most people would call " in".
20 Below and routes to the right are forming and should be climbable even now with care.
Renormalization looks in good shape viewed from the road but the others in that amphitheater are pouring water and unclimbable. Again, sub-zero temps may change that over the weekend.
In fact, Called on Account of Rains may even make a showing by Sunday!
    Have fun and climb safe!
