Did the dike today. Sounds like it was no "better" then Nightclimber reported on the 16th. No screws on P1, 1 stubby on P2- but it wouldn't of held anything.. P3 took a few screws if you looked hard enough. The umbrellas were super candled and fun:) P2 definitely needs some creativity to get any gear other than the fixed camalot and the pair of pink tri-cams. Belay 1 is mostly questionable tat. I didn't have the foresight to bring a spare cordalette and a knife. It was full value today- defiantly not in its usual form- it was pretty cold though! If the weather holds it should put on some weight. Sorry no pics- camera battery died

Yesterday (Wednesday) the Dike took stubbies on P1 (Not everywhere, mind you, but in places). Found placements for some micro cams, .75, and a stopper on the 2nd pitch to augment the fixed gear. If you're really patient you could probably also hammer in a few hexes and nuts, but I just kept moving. No screws until the very top of the pitch... a 10cm just for fun. P3 even took a 16! Bring the rock gear for that pitch too!
