Agawa Canyon Ice is located along the ACR railroad with the Agawa Canyon. It runs from Mile 110.5 to Mile 116 and hosts about 156 ice climbs that are from 20 meters to 200 meters in height. At the present time there is no train. Access is by taking the Frater Road for 22 Kilometers to the powerline. One then goes north for 4.5 Kilometers until reaching the tracks. The best Campsite is where the powerline meets the tracks at about Mile 110.5
We offer a snowmachine shuttle into the canyon from Frater.
    Cost is $250.00 Can/Person. 2 Person Minimum + Gear.

Was unable to access Agawa Canyon by snow machine yesterday. Breaking trail was easy, but had to make the decision not to cross a small open creek. Filled it with snow and will make another attempt on Tuesday.
Scouted out other areas and drove 50 miles in total.
Solo adventures have their risks and require good decision making.
